- Job Describtion
- Responsible for recruiting and leading the funding team to achieve the targets set by the company.
- Promoting and marketing the product specially Funding Product .
- Responsible for conducting fund-raising customers (funding).
- Build and maintain a good relationship with the customer.
- Investment research and provide recommendations.
- Investment reports on periodic basis.
- Deal in the investment transaction with counterparty
- Ability to understand investment management
- Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues as well as provide excellent services to customers.
- Monitoring personal & target team.
- Job Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 10 years experience to lead Marketing Funding Team in banking / financial industry.
- Passionate to develop a team.
- Experience in people management skill.
- Must be able to communicate actively in English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Self motivated
