Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree of Psychology, Management or similar;
- Fluent in English both oral and written (Mandarin will be an advantaged)
- Must have at least 2 year(s) of working experience as HR Recruitment, Training and OD in fintech/e-commerce/digital platform or corporate banking;
- Preferable that have experience on people development, and organization development
- Have an experience in mass recruitment
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Have professional integrity and good personality
- Attention to detail and good judgement
