  • Carry out control functions and identify shortcomings and ineffectiveness of control in the company's business process;
  • Develop and implement methods to mitigate and manage control risks in the company's business process;
  • Provide advice or recommendations for suitable improvements of the company's operations to the relevant business unit and the management;
  • Review and make recommendation regarding internal control, procedures and processes and ensure business practices are aware of the company rules and policies;
  • Produce internal control reports and communicate it to the relevant business unit and the management;
  • Communicate with Regional Internal Control person in charge regarding the Internal Control Project matters;
  • Support and advise our sister companies in the scope of internal control to strengthen their corporate governance and mitigate risks resulting from poor controls;
  • Perform variety of internal control tasks as necessary or as requested.
  • Monitor J-SOX compliance in accordance with Head Office's requirement.
  • Coordinator of Final Decision (internal documentation) for significant matters which require Management's approval.
Job Requirements:
  • Maximum 35 years;
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting major (from top university will be preferable);
  • Experience provide audit service, accounting advisory, and risk advisory service from top public accounting firm;
  • Understanding of general trading industry business;
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail combined with a strong delivery focus and ability to meet aggressive timeframes with quality results;
  • Proven high learning attitude and willingness to learn from any sources;
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to integrate different views;
  • Excellent English communication both speaking and writing.

Our client is a Japanese finance company. Currently, they are looking for Insurance Broker CIIB 7.
Job Description:
  • Total management for new established insurance broker business.
  • Corresponding OJK report totally and registration as expert.
  • Make and maintain company rules and business flow by following OJK regulation.
  • Support to president director totally.
  • Training subordinates skill up to get license CIIB.
  • Proceed general operation as insurance broker.
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • CIIB (Certificate of competence broker ) level 7.
  • Certified Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers, APARI.
  • Fluent in Business English both oral and written is a MUST.
  • Accounting operation skill.
  • Management and business planning experience (Insurance broker).
  • Experience of Japanese insurance market.
