Job Description:
- Review, analyzing the effects of transactions upon account relationships and interpreting the meaning of accounting records, reports, statements and approve all journal voucher for various transaction.
- Responsible for monthly and yearly financial closing to ensure that all information is recorded accurately, timely and completely and in-line with accounting standard, tax regulation and Company policy.
- Prepare of financial reporting package for Local and Headquarter.
- Verifying, Create and Changes appropriateness of Vendor, Customer and GL master data.
- Assist Deputy Accounting Manager to prepare working instruction and support if any project.
- Review and perform test for control checklist for ICS support compliance process.
- Recommending improvements, adaptations or revisions in the accounting system and procedures.
- Provide information, data and document requested by the internal and external auditors, German Central Bank, etc.
- Review and follow up audit finding, worksheet, draft audit report, actuarial report, etc.
- Motivate & develop an effective accounting team to achieve their personal goals congruent to the Company’s overall direction.
Qualification :
- University graduates majoring Accounting, CPA would be an advantage
- 5- 6 years in similar position or in public accounting firm
- PC (SAP and Windows 95) proficient
- Good organization and communication skills
- Experience with regulatory matters
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Accounting Standard (IFRS, US GAAP and Local GAAP)
- Communication, leadership skills
- Ability to utilize automated data processing systems; work continuously and accurately with figures
- Certified Public Accountant
- Basic knowledge of ISO TS 16969, ISO 14001, SKM3 and Eco Industry
