Contract based
Responsibility:
  • To assist Chief Representative and Representative to widen and deepen the scope of their positioning towards customers, prospects and local authorities with a view to foster a long lasting relationship and improving their positioning within the market while enlarging the clients’ base of the bank.
  • To assist in covering and developing relationships with key decision makers (CEO, CFO, Group Treasurer, etc) on behalf of the offshore product lines to help them ensuring products mix quality between the client and the bank’s full service offering to obtain quality mandates of financial operations in line with the bank’s strategy.
  • Understand (i) client’s strategy, business, financial situations as well as (ii) the specificities, challenges and stakes linked to its industry/sector, to anticipate its needs for financial services to be provided by the bank’s offshore business lines.
  • In order to assist offshore business lines, coordinate client facing teams, offering the best of their "know how" to identify the appropriate solutions suited to clients’ needs, and actively support and ensure marketing of multi and cross offering of the group’s offshore product lines.
  • Facilitate access of offshore branches and units within the group’s global network with the clients and prospects (inbound and outbound needs).
Execution Responsibility
  • To contribute and coordinate the credit process and risk analysis; monitoring portfolio management in supporting the relevant offshore business lines and proactively support them in managing their risks (credit, compliance, financial security, environment and social, etc).
  • To keep abreast of all economic, political, regulatory (Bank of Indonesia, OJK, etc..) and market developments in Indonesia with the aim of ensuring that senior management is kept abreast of at all times.
  • To ensure that there is close and constant dialogue with the credit, legal and compliance departments of them such that the afore-mentioned objectives/responsibilities can be achieved in line with the bank’s strategy and policies.
  • Provide relevant and adequate market intelligence in order to efficiently perform the above objectives / responsibilities.
  • To support the Chief Representative for reporting matters.
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore / Hong-Kong Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
  • Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
